WE DID IT! Congrats to every1 involved! Let’s do it again next year-April 12-May 26, keep it locked!

The ChangeTheWorld - Ontario Youth Volunteer Challenge is a call to action for YOUth to get involved in their community.
From April 6 to May 19, 2014 all across Ontario youth between the ages of 14 to 18 are invited to get involved in local community events, or to create events of their own to promote or support a cause that they feel really passionate about.
ChangeTheWorld is an opportunity for young people, like YOU, to connect to community organizations which can provide you with an awesome experience and lasting memories. It also lets you take the initiative on causes you feel really passionate about.
This year, the target across Ontario is to engage 33,000 youth for a minimum of 3 hours of volunteering, over the 6 week campaign. Last year, locally, Volunteer Halton engaged over 2,380 youth in over 50 events, which totaled an astounding 6,892 volunteer hours! That’s the equivalent of 49 full time employees giving back to the community during the campaign.
ChangeTheWorld is your opportunity to be part of something big...something really BIG!
