Telephone a senior or individual with a disability regularly to ensure their safety and provide friendly conversation.
Program Assistant (SENACA Seniors Day Program Halton)
Assisting staff with group activities such as: bowling, shuffleboard, golf, bocce ball, cards, tea parties, dancing, baking, crafts, music, serving lunches, serving snacks, drama, gardening, discussion groups, helping with laundry or dishes. Provide one to one conversations with clients, give manicures, read stories, reminisce or play cards.
